Services / Antitrust Litigation
We have an expanding antitrust practice focused on protecting workers and consumers from illegal monopolies and anticompetitive restraints.
Our attorneys have deep experience both prosecuting and defending antitrust matters, including at large commercial law firms. We put that experience to work for plaintiffs in cases alleging violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act and related laws.
Our firm recently filed the first antitrust cases challenging ‘match’ programs for non-physician interns and residents. In Albert, et al v. American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Inc., et al, Case No. 8:25-cv-00673, our clients challenge the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Match as an illegal agreement not to compete and to fix the wages of pharmacy residents. In Amore et al v. American Association of Veterinary Clinicians, et al, Case No. 7:25-cv-00229, our clients challenge a similar system for veterinary interns and residents.
We are currently conducting several antitrust investigations into monopolistic and anticompetitive conduct leading to higher prices for consumers nationwide.
