A federal court in Michigan has denied Crain Communications, Inc.’s motion to dismiss a first-of-its-kind class action filed by a non-Michigan resident, on behalf of a proposed nationwide class, for allegedly violating Michigan’s Preservation of Personal Privacy Act.
