A federal court in Michigan has granted final approval to a $5 million settlement in a class action against The Week Publications, Inc. for allegedly disclosing the personal information of The Week magazine subscribers to third parties in violation of Michigan law. Each of the approximately 13,025 class members will receive an automatic cash payment of approximately $250, without having to submit a claim form.
