Elliot O. Jackson, practicing out of the firm's Miami office, brings substantial knowledge and experience to the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Elliot Jackson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, U.S. District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
While in law school, Mr. Jackson was elected as the Notes and Comments Editor of the Florida A&M University law review, he served as a summer associate at an international law firm, participated on the ABA NAAC moot court team, coordinated a virtual convention for law students in the Southern Region of the National Black Law Students Association, and litigated a case to settlement alleging predatory towing practices in Orlando, Florida. Additionally, Mr. Jackson proposed arguments in a petition for certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Jackson earned a B.S. in Forensic Science, cum laude, from Fayetteville State University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law. Concurrent with his clerkship, he earned an LL.M. in Fashion Law from Fordham University, where he graduated #1 in the program and received the Judy and Dennis Kenny Award. Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice law in New York and Florida.
